A Masters graduate in Construction Engineering & Management from Anna University, and a registered structural engineer with the Directorate of Town & Country Planning in Vellore district. He founded Gravitas Builders out of a straightforward conviction: that the person who designs a house should be qualified to stand behind it.
That is why the drawings for every Gravitas project are signed by him personally rather than outsourced. Plan approvals, structural design and stability certificates are prepared in-house, which is unusual for a firm of this size in Vellore and is the reason clients get straight answers instead of being passed between a draughtsman, a contractor and an agent.
Under his leadership the firm has delivered 30+ projects across the district, each one reflecting close attention to detail and a refusal to cut structural corners. His view is that construction is not about erecting structures but about creating spaces where people can thrive — and his commitment to sustainable practice continues to shape how the firm builds.

With over ten years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, she is the technical backbone of Gravitas Builders. Her leadership is defined by a zero-compromise approach to material quality and structural safety — the part of a build a client cannot inspect for themselves, and therefore the part that matters most.
She brought an engineer's discipline to the firm's operations and a technologist's answer to its oldest problem. Under her guidance Gravitas implemented tech-driven project tracking: dated stage photographs, progress reported against the original line-item estimate, and updates pushed to the client's WhatsApp rather than left for them to chase.
The result is 100% transparency from foundation to finish. Clients know which stage their build is in without visiting the site — which matters as much to a family across Vellore as it does to one building from abroad.
